Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the services offered by Revoomi (“we”, “us”). By ordering a report or subscribing, you agree to them.
The service
We test how AI assistants respond to questions about your type of business, check publicly visible parts of your website, and deliver a written report. If you subscribe to monthly monitoring, we repeat the tests monthly and send a summary.
No guarantees
AI assistants change their answers over time and between runs. Our reports describe what we measured on the dates and by the methods stated in the report. We do not guarantee that any assistant will name or recommend your business, that following our suggestions will change any result, or that our checks find every issue. Our reports are technical information, not legal, financial, or professional advice.
Payment and refunds
Prices are shown on our website and are charged through our payment processor. If your report does not contain findings specific to your business, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Your responsibilities
Give us accurate information, including your website address. Use the report for your own business and do not resell it. You are responsible for any changes you or your web provider make to your website.
Third-party services
Our tests rely on third-party AI services whose behavior we do not control. We are not responsible for changes to those services.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits. [Have counsel review this section.]
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
